What counts as a message?
One ticket, one call note, one survey answer or one review. Replies within the same ticket count once.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Every plan includes everyone on your team. You pay for the workspace and the amount of feedback it reads.
Is there a trial for Team?
Starter is free for as long as you like. When you move to Team, the first 14 days are free and you can go back to Starter at any time.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export every theme and its quotes first. When you close the workspace, everything is deleted within 30 days.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans end at the end of the month. Yearly plans run to the end of the year you paid for, and you can stop renewal whenever you want.
Do you offer discounts?
Non-profits, schools and companies under one year old get 50% off Team. Write to us with a line about your organisation.
